Hi, I'm Tereza Hausmanova.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher originally from the Czech Republic and currently based in Prague.

I work with people who are yearning for a deeper connection with their inner self. In other words, they desire to experience more peace over worry and stress, and thus gain greater clarity over the direction of their life.

I am lucky to teach people how to connect with their inner wisdom. By guiding them through yoga asanas (physical postures), conscious breathing, mindfulness, reiki healing and the medicine of cacao, they are able to release tension from their body, relax their mind and open their heart.

When I am not with my clients or busy working on my yoga projects, you can find me exploring the world, being involved in food activism, writing my blog or dancing 5Rhythms.

I’m on the mission to help you open your heart, shine your light out and make the world a better place.

STORY OF MY LIFE

When looking back at my life, I see it as a succession of fulfilling my dreams.

Dreams that at first sight seemed very difficult or unrealistic, but with an open heart, determination, courage and a positive mindset, I turned them into a reality.

As a teenager, my dream was to study abroad and so it happened - I studied four years in Britain and one year in Madrid.

After graduating, my dream was to travel around Central America and to discover more about myself as well as seeing the world I was reading about in the classes of history and politics. I did that while teaching yoga and volunteering at permaculture farms for a year in Costa Rica and Nicaragua,  enjoying the lush jungle, wild ocean and magical volcanoes.

For about three years, my dream was to become a yoga teacher, to share with others the benefits of this ancient practice, the powerful transformation that happens when we go a little bit deeper into ourselves, start quieting the mind, listening to the body, and most importantly learning that when we open our hearts… life enters a completely new dimension.

Yoga and meditation have profoundly changed my life. I am sure they will change yours, too.

Do you feel that you are just busy working and neglecting your health and well-being?

My mission is to help you improve your well-being and feel good about yourself, finding passion for life and experiencing a deep connection with your inner self.

In 1-1 sessions, I guide my clients through the practices of yoga, including physical postures, breathwork and meditation. I also add reiki and healing cacao when desired to deepen the connection with the self and immerse yourself in a profound state of relaxation.

Yoga helps you to cultivate a flexible and strong body as well as to quieten the mind, resulting in living a life with more awareness - of yourself, your thoughts, actions, the environment around you, other people, etc. Ultimately, awareness is the key to change.

In particular, with greater body awareness, you are able to listen to the messages your body sends you. This will help you to release any tension and to come to a deep state of relaxation. A still body and mind allows you to connect with your heart and listen to its whispers. By living from the space of your heart, as opposed to the mind, you will experience the true flow of life and lightness of being.

What you'll experience:

Yoga is not just an exercise, it takes you on a journey of awareness, conscious breathing and presence during which we deepen the connection with the body and mind.

Meditation is one part of yoga practice when you go inward and observe your thoughts and feelings. It is a space of no judgement. You become aware of what is going on and then let it go.

Pranayama (breath control), like other practices, helps to quieten the mind, creating a feeling of groundedness and inner peace. Conscious breathing helps us to stay fully present when moving through asanas. Bringing more oxygen into your body also improves blood circulation and concentration.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes balance throughout the body, reducing stress and creating a state of complete relaxation.

Cacao is a superfood and heart opener that helps you to deeply connect with your inner self. 

What's included:

  • Introductory self-discovery questionnaire: this helps us check where you are and where you want to go as well as identifying your vision and goals.

  • Regular check-ins on progress: assessing and reflecting on your progress is essential in getting closer to your intentions and goals

  • Personalised guided meditations, yoga, breathing exercises, and other types of energy work that will be designed specifically for you to still the mind and connect with yourself

  • Healing cacao drink and reiki

  • Safe space for your personal transformation

  • Sessions are usually 1,5h long (can be longer or shorter if required)

  • Prices starting from 1000 CZK (depending on the length, frequency and content of sessions)

Cacao Ceremony & Meditation

I lead group cacao ceremonies and meditations with cacao. I also incorporate the medicine of cacao into my personalized 1-to-1 programmes.

Raw cacao is an exceptional medicine, already used by the Aztecs and Mayas in Central America, that helps you to lift the spirit and deepen the connection with your heart centre and intuition. It is a superfood rich in minerals and antioxidants.

I came across the medicine of cacao during my travels in Central America. Its power and magic literally took my breath and I fell in love with cacao. I am keen on sharing the healing power of cacao with my clients.

A cacao ceremony includes a hot cacao, meditative exercises and meditative dance. It takes about 3 hours and takes place in the evenings.

Meditation with cacao is a shorter form of cacao ceremony and does not necessarily involve dance. It takes between 1 and 1,5 hours.
