Group Yoga Classes
Leave inspired, energized and with a sense of inner peace
I teach dynamic and slow Vinyasa flow style in my yoga classes.
We focus on being present in the body and conscious breathing by creating the right alignment and posture. Together with conscious breath, this helps to strengthen the muscles, open the body parts that are closed or tense and relax both the body and mind.
